New Year Quest - "The TIME MACHINE"

 I would like to say that my 6th formers wanted it from the first minute I've proposed them to do it. They were waiting for it with a great expectations. And it was really a great and happy time for them.

We've travelled to the past times to find out who was Santa in a real life and what special gift he gave for every person on our planet. We also have got a special knowledge about the Christmas tree: who brought it, how it was decorated at first and what was the first unusual christmas traditions in Ukraine.

We also have seen the New Year in Future. The most interesting for my students was to see the future New Year Trees and the special unusual gadgets people have in the future.

We also have made a world-around tour to see the New Year in different countries before we 've came back to our time zone and our time place.

Many funny adventures were happened with us during the quest.

And this is the time to say MERRY CHRISTMAS and HAPPY NEW 2021 YEAR for you! Have the Great and Happy Holidays!

How to make a spirit bright

 The Christmas and New Year time is coming and everyone want to feel the holiday inside himself/herself. Every child wants to feel that holiday mood is not destroyed by something and it stil exists in every person around. This is the time when we can show that we are care of our native people and the time when we can bring something good and make something special for people around us. Today's life runs very quickly, and Sometimes we, adults, forget, ashame, or just do not have a time to show our holiday mood for people and our children.

I've decided to show my students that we, adults, are still have some bright spirit inside of us. That's how it was.

So, and don't forget to be a NICE SANTA for people who need you. Christmas is a really the most wonderful time of the year!

All-Ukrainian Olympiad

 Durind the last month the educational project "Na Urok" was holding the all-ukrainian olympiad in all school subjects. 

Some of my students of 5th, 6th, 9 th grades decided to take part in it. Here are our results.

So, I want to say Thanks for this great opportunity that helped to my students to show their English language skills and knowledges.

Signs of Halloween

    This Year is a realy special. But we don't want to become sad. I decided to organise some kind of Action: every class should revise something about this special holiday - Halloween. So, for  5-10 minutes on the English lessons some Halloween heroes "came" and proposed children to help them to solve some riddles or to solve some their problem. One mystery heroe was coming to one class. Here you can see what it was. 

   It was a really nice suprise for every child, because they like this holiday very much. And of cource we could revise everything about its traditions.  

The School Olympiad

 This year every participants of the 9th and 8th grades took part in the school Olympiad in their own group and classroom. So, it was a realy Great amount of work. But the participants did all the tasks well. 

My congradulations for the winners. So, let's work in such a way during the school year. You all did well, without any exceptions.

The First of September

 Today we had the unusual first lesson. 

  My dear pupils could imagine themselves as an Ukrainian superheroes. They had to check themselves in the superpower skills: in their super-knowledge about Ukraine, its sights; in the smarteness: guessing the famous Ukrainian Mathematicians and finding their superpowers: knowledge; and in the creating the supercostume against injures, and viruses too. It was  very emotional and full of childrens enthusiasm Quest. 

"Let's talk, Taras, through the ages"

This was the concert programe based on the poems and scenes from the life of this great and talanted poet. I and my pupils were preparing some part of it - some scene from the Taras Shevchenko's childhood. It was a realy hard task for them, because this scene should be played seriously. And they are always so active and ful of fun.

 Look at them (on the photo). I think they realy have done this task well. 

And this concerert program was realy good. Everyone could enjoy his/her favourite poem of Taras Shevchenko and also children could learn something new and unknown from the life of the famous poet.

Women's Day

 This was a great show, fulled with warmth and love. Every child wanted to show his or her love and gratitude to the main women in his or her life - MUM, Granny, sister etc. Everyone, who took part in the concert program, wanted to say the main words in his/ her life: "I love you, my dear Mummy. You are the one whom I apreciate for my life." 

The pupils of my form took part in the comic scenes and sang a beautiful song. 

Everyone at the party was felt like a part of some spiritual connection. 

So, love and care of your native and relative people. They are the ones who know you and your hearts.

Seminar 20/02/2020

 Today we took part at the seminar:  "The development of key competence of students in the language camp: Go-camp training projects and immersion in a foreign language environment".

We were sharing our experience in organizing interesting and useful tasks for our schoolchildren while working at the English Summer Camp.  I want to say Thank you, collegues, for good and helpful ideas. 

This seminar was a great opportonity for me to share my experience in using "Crossense" not only at the English lessons. 

New Year Party.

 The great holiday we had today. All the pupils of our school took part in it. It was a mirracle fairy tale, with a lot of funny moments. The main symbol of the year - the cock, was showed here. The pupils of my form were presented different funny situations and sing the energetic songs all together. I am realy proud to have such talanted shoolchildren. Every guest and all the parents enjoyed this fantastic show.

So, and for the end I should say only: Happy NewYear, Merry Christmas to everyone, and let your own fairytale come true in a new 2020 year.
