New Year Party

The great party we had today in our school. The fancy-dressed children showed their best talents in singing, dancing and playing different roles in New Year's performance.
The guests of this event could travel in time to see the patriotic cossaks, princesses, princes, today's funny heroes and scary but positive evil creatures.

And of course Father Frost and his granddaughter helped everyone and gave the feelings of happiness and warmth.
They all wished our guests Health, Wealth, and Family Love.
According to school tradition at the end of this performance the ceremony of awarding for best costume took place. Everyone got his or her sweet prize.

St. Nicholas Day

Who comes at night and leaves the small nice presents under the pillows?
This is our dear St. Nicholas, of course. Today he came to our school too. Children prepared a special performance, learnt rhymes for him. And everyone got nice presents from St. Nicholas, without exceptions.
And what about you? Were you nice children during this year? So, wait for his presents then.

St. Andrew's Eve

The colorful, covered with silver snowflakes, folklore feast “St. Andrew’s Eve” are filled with ancient customs and traditions of Ukrainians. We decided to celebrate it in our school in a family-like circle. And we invited to our party all schoolchildren, teachers, parents and guests.

We proposed for our guests "Andrew’s" varenyky, sunny kalita and youthful jokes.

And St. Andrew promised for all who visited our party to give everyone abundance, well-being and health for the whole next year.
So, accept and you our greetings with Red Kalita!
